We are manufacturers of Palm Food Products, in the motherland of Palms - Ramanathapuram and Thoothukudi districts of Tamilnadu.
Our palmyra climbers collect Palm Juice and process that to make variety of products, themselves.
Our ingredients and processes are 100% natural and chemical-free.
Though Palm Juice collection is seasonal in an year, we do preserve the derived products in traditional methods.
Palm Jaggery
Neithal Palmyra climbers are experts in producing authentic palm jaggery for ages.
Palm Juice is collected from palm tree over night, in mud pots whose inner wall is coated with Shell Lime (Sippi Sunnambu)
Collected palm juice is filtered and boiled in a specially built pan, until sweet content takes a pasty shape (Panampaagu / Kooppatheneer).
Golden brown coloured syrup is poured into similar sized specially made coconut shells and let to dry.
Dried and cube shaped, Palm Jaggery is ready.
